I really liked the people over at Roots. I thought they were really nice and down to earth... The probelm is my catering hall has never heard of them. I just wanted to know if anyone has used them and what your experiences were. Thank you sooo much.

I haven't used them but I work down the road at Maryhaven and take one of my students to work for them.
They are the nicest people I have ever met and the ONLY place where they treat my students like human beings. They're soooooo good to him! They bought him something for his birthday, let him make arrangements for his mom (for free!) and gave him one of their shirts so he feels like one of them.
On a side note, I've seen them putting together stuff for weddings and they have beautiful stuff! And unlike other florists, their back room is spotless!
I DEFINITELY would have used them but I didn't have a wedding

I loved Corey at roots! She really knew her stuff and wow does she love her work!
I'm getting a sample from them before I sign contract, just due to my awful florist experience in the past.
She was the only one to correctly identify the flower in my bouquet picture as a lily not an orchid! Not only that she pulled out her flower bible and showed it to me.
She was the only one who openly discussed budget concerns with me. She recommended flowers that would save me money! She even pulled out a few flowers from her back room to show me what she is going to use.
I hate getting one quote for a list, she sat down and told me what every cp cost, what every bouquet cost, everything!
I am so very impressed, I'll sign with them as soon as I see the sample!
