I saw that you said you were doing a brunch at the inn next door the morning after the wedding and that it was included in the price.....are you talking about the continental breakfast or are we able to get a private breakfast in one of the conference rooms or something? I feel like the after party/morning after brunch have been some of my biggest challenges.....I hear the inn is really strict.
Sooooooo what exactly are your plans for the morning after and the night before. As of now I have just kind of planned on going to bed after the wedding and telling my guests to mosey on down to the continental breakfast if they can wake up before 10am....not a formal brunch. What's everyones plans?!?!?

Re: Rosatemp and the rest of the fox hollow girls
I didnt end up doing this, cause most of my oot guests ended up staying at the Holiday Inn
But when I was looking in it, Ray said, Any guest that stays at the Fox Hollow Inn can go to the free breakfast. I actually asked Ray to send me an email which lists all the food that was included and it was a pretty good amount. You would be with the other guests though, not sure how crowded it gets, but you can go sit outside by the pool, or in the lounge, etc. Any outside guests are $15 pp, but if the hotel is full, they might say no to outside guests.
If you wanted a private room, I think it was about $25 per person, and it was something like for three hours, or something like that
HTH!

Re: Rosatemp and the rest of the fox hollow girls
i am not really doing anything after the wedding since its mostly family that is staying and they are older.
and i have to be up at 5 that morning to get ready since our church is in bk so by the end of the night i know i will be exhausted..
we are just doing the continental breakfast cause then fh and i have to go home and get ready to leave the next morning for our honeymoon...
none of our friends i think are staying since they are married with kids and since we didnt invite them with their kids they will be going home...they only children that we invited was family meaning our cousins kids and thats it so for me its no biggie but for you and others i would set up a game plan,..and i did hear they are strict as well

I have a feeling I'm going to be exhausted as well and maybe not mind just going to bed. I think fh may want to continue to party. If so, I'm thinking of just cabbing it to the pub up the street with whoever wants to come. And as far as breakfast I guess I will just stick with my plan of telling the guests we Will be down at breakfast before 10 am and if they are interested they should come in down. Ray rodriguez told me there is enough seating for every guest in the hotel so we will make it work. I won't do a formal sit down. We have our honeymoon the next day too so I want to get back home sooner than later. Thanks girls.

Re: Rosatemp and the rest of the fox hollow girls
We wanted to go back to the room after the reception ended- we got back there and not 5 minutes later we had guests knocking on our door wanting us to come play. We ended up staying out for an hour or so then heading back to the room. Everyone seemed to have beer/wine already in their rooms so we kind of just went from room to room.
The morning after they extended brunch an hour and a half because the hotel was sold out. It was actually really fun- everyone was sitting around the brunch and lobby area (hung over) chatting about the night before. It was a nice way to see the guests before they left.

That would be my ideal plan but I hear that the hotel is super strict and the noise complaints are pretty frequent. Your wedding was right around the time mine is.....yours is actually on my birthday!....I'm hoping this same situation can go down for our wedding without having any noise complaints come through!

Same as the other ladies..going to BED after the wedding..then inviting whomever wants to join us for breakfast in the morning. The great room in the hotel is HUGE, and if it is a nice morning you can eat outside by the pool.
