rose petals

rose petals

okay - maybe I'm just not paying attention, but has anyone mentioned where they got their rose petals from?

My priest said we can have guests throw rose petals instead of rice - but I have no idea where to get them (real ones - not silk)

any suggestions?

u could ask ur florist or just get a cheap bo-k s from somewhere and take the petals off ur self.

Ebay!!! I brought like a gazillion silk petals from ebay..they are very cheap.

try your florist...they will usually get you a bag to fill with petal cones

Oh this has been a helpful thread. We were going to do bubbles till I heard your guests hands can get sticky and it can stain a dress. So now we are thinking of doing rose petals. Thanks for the ideas girls!

Michaels sells them in boxes....a big box is $11.99, and a small box is $5.99.
THey come in a variety of different colors. They're fake, which is good if you are getting married on a hardwood floor b/c real ones would cause people to slip and fall (unless you have a fabric aisle runner)
