You know those pre-cooked rotisserie chickens at the supermarket? I have one for dinner tonight, but my question is what can you do with the leftovers? Any suggestions?

i usually make rice with it and just heat it up, you could put it in a wrap, on top of a salad....DH eats it by itself, cold!

I like them the next day too - but you could always make chicken salad. We don't usually have leftovers

That and breaded and fried chicken make the best chicken salad.
Either that or mix it with a ranch or caesar dressing and make a wrap. Or even make a stir fry, just dont over cook it.
