my hall said they can fit 12 people max on the round tables or 14 max on ovals. I def dont want ovals --- but 12 may be too much.
how many people did you have per table if you ahd round tables?

My hall has 12 people rounds also...but my catareing hall mgr told me although it fits 12..10 would be more comfy, even 11....
we have 1 table that will be 12 peeps but it has 4 kids at it so we figured that would be the only excpetion since they don't take up much room :)

hmmm I would def have one table with 12 too which includes one small child but wouldnt the chair itself be the issue not who is sitting on it ? lol i dont want people to be mad at me for squeezing them into a 12 people table haha

Our catering hall says max 12 per round table. We are planning on 10 per table, this way if we have last minute adds up we are just going to add them to the existing tables.

We had mostly 10's but definitely had a few 12's as well. The 12's were fine though.

My hall has 2 sized rounds. I can put anywhere from 8-12 at a table depending on which table I use.

I obvi don't know what size your tables are, but mine hold 10-12. I'm keeping my wedding around 100 pp but the room is pretty large so we want to put only 10 ppl at a table so we can have more tables and the room looks more full. I was worried about the room overpowering the number of peole.

we have round tables, some that fit max 12 and some that fit max 10.
Depending on how many people we wind up with in the final count, some of those tables may be at max because there is this back corner in our RH that we are trying to avoid putting people since it's hard to see what's going on.

we had between 9 and 11 people at our round tables ... except the table that had 2 kids - we put 10 adults and the 2 kids.

IMHO... I would try to aim for 10--that way you have the extra room to play with.
Our tables hold 6-10, so I aimed for 8 to allow for maximum comfort lol

We had big oval tables that were said to fit 12 max. They were perfect with 8 people at each table. SOme of our tables had 10, but they kind of looked crowded

At my sisters wedding last week she had round tables, our table had 12 people and we were perfectly fine, it wasn't overcrowded or anything. I wouldn't do more than 12 at a round table
