royally screwed up
sooo.. yesterday I made a huge mistake and booked 2 of my clients from ny to montreal.. when they were suppose to be going to vancouver.. it was for travel this weekend and they called me sayin they just looked at the itinerary and it said montreal.. I freaked out and it took me all day yesterday to fix this mess!!! the change fees and additional airfare was goin to be about 700 per person which wasmore then i even paid for the ticket.. So I begged and pleated with a supervisor at the airline and they changed it without fees.. I was soo thankful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
boy, what a mess that would have been if we had to eat that money!!!![]()
