Holla!!! Just wanted to say I'm going there tomorrow to talk to Gerard about my groom's cake and a few other questions I had, like do they provide table numbers? I also need to ask him about the reception cards for the invites....Does anyone have any questions they would like me to ask? Or any pics you need me to take, etc? Lemme know people!!! Also I would just like to say that it's not possible that I am the first 09 Royalton bride!!!! HOW??!!! I need inspiration!! I need OPP!!! (that stands for other people's pics btw).
UPDATE: Hey ladies!!! I just got back from the Royalton! Kerri I'm so sorry I didn' t see your post until just now I wish I could have asked about the navy linens. I had a great meeting with Gerard. He loved the gold charger sample I brought...Now the hunt begins for a good wholesale deal on them. I met Chef Mike!!! and we went over everything for the groom's cake! It's gonna be a round 2 layer cake with the Mets logo on it. I have a disinflated mylar balloon that is perfect to show what I want. It's going to be one layer of white cake, one layer of devils food, and peanut butter cream in the middle. White fondant to cover it! He is gonna flip! We're going next month to do the menu. We decided on ivory linens since my colors are so bright. He also told me they have a pedestal for the cardbox and it goes behind the sweetheart table. I'm so freaking psyched!!

thanks ker!! listen, about the table numbers, i'm asking him because if they don't provide them, or if i don't like what they have i need to know asap. I'm going to Vegas on a trade show trip in 10 days and I'm gonna buy a case of gold vintage looking frames for the tables if the Royalton doesn't have them already. I'll let you know how it goes, but if I end up buying the frames you can use them when I'm done.

Re: ROYALTON BIZNATCHES!!!!
Hey girls! I spoke with Mike T last week and he said they do provide table numbers- gold or silver, whichever you prefer. We met with him to go over our menu which was so exciting. They basically do whatever you want. I'm still deciding on all the food for the cocktail hour. Any of you girls have ideas about that one??? Anyone doing an after party??? Have fun tomorrow, Allegra!!

No don't feel behind! I was on Feb break and I just wanted to check some things off my list. You still have more than enough time. They told me three months out, so by April. I'm still trying to figure out how to post the pics I took there.

Re: ROYALTON BIZNATCHES!!!!
Am I too late? If you can find out the table cloths! What colors they have? Specifically Royal Blue... and if you can take some pics of them! I don't know if I need to rent linens or not and it all depends on what their linens look like. THANKS SOOOO MUCH!
