Royalton Problems Resolved- All Royalton CC Brides can sigh with relief

You may have seen my recent post regarding communication problems with my coordinator at The Royalton. I just wanted you all to know that i spoke to one of the owners and my main concern has been resolved. Thank you all for your comments. I now feel like i am back on track. All Royalton brides can sigh with relief

That is good to know. You might want to update your older post so others who only see that post can see it was resolved.

My FH and I have dealt with both Gerard, the events manager and Michael, the owner, and we haven't had any problems with either of them, but I suppose everyone has bad days.

no. i joined probably about a year ago and have used the website a lot but i never got into the chatting part. i think that's weird to ask b/c why should that matter? i just wanted to inform other royalton brides and to see if they had similar experiences and advice.

Geez, - I don't see the big deal with venting your issues-I mean this is one of the only places I know of that you can actually talk to many people that may have had an experience with your vendor or the same type of issue you are going through-personally I don't care how many times you post as long as you contribute what you can about your experiences:

Anyway, I am glad to hear everything worked out with your recep. hall-that can be stressful!!
