Royalty Limo

Is anyone using royalty limo? We are meeting with Manny thursday ...are they reasonable..what is everyone getting??

Yup, we're using them!

We're getting the 20 passenger Escalade and the authentic Excaliber. Their prices are incredibly reasonable - we called around to a lot of places and they had the best prices.

Don't forget to mention LIW - you get a discount.

how many people aer you actually putting in the escalade? I was thinking that too? Is it the new 07 one??

We're putting 14 people the escalade. I think it will be comfortable... but I don't think I'd put more than 14 in it.

They also have a 22 passenger Escalade.

There are bad reviews and good reviews about just about everyone. All you can do is go with the vendor you think is good. Meet with different vendors and see who is right for you.

I'm sorry Manny was rude on the phone - we had no problems whatsoever with anyone there when we visited or called -- and we're super anal about customer service. (We vote with our pocketbook!)

When we were there, we also met one of the drivers who had just returned from an early wedding. He was lovely, too.

We used Royalty and they were GREAT! We had an Escalade it was beautiful, clean and on time. Our driver was Scott... Ask for him if you can, he was the best.

Manny is a jerk! We booked with him but honestly i wish we didnt! And when they say if you use us and we will give you a great deal for your Bach party......ITS ALL BS!! We called for it and they wouldnt budge!

Day of i didnt have many issues...just my driver was playing the we gotta be on time or i must charge you for 3 hrs OT game! He got nasty here and there but all in all he was ok

wow! i am glad i saw these posts! i met manny at jt showcase and he seemed so sweet. i thought we would totally book with them when the time came. ...rethinking it... he said my date was his bday so he would give us a good deal- bs right?

Very...Very disappointed in Royalty Limos. They have no people skills. Made an appointment with Manny to see a car that was not even there. They are not getting it til May 07. Manny wasn't there and didn't even call to let me know he wouldn't be there to re-schedule. I was approached by the owner 'what a piece of work' very unprofessional. Don't know how this guy still running a business.

If you are looking for good service ... great people and awesome prices .... check out REGENCY LIMOUSINE in Smithtown. They were so nice and they have 07 models. Ask for Robert. He included a runner and extra champagne wih my price and he was very accommodating. I am very picky with whom I do business with and I am very fair when it comes to judging people. YOU WILL LOVE THEM!!!!!

i know lots of people who used royalty and have had no complaints... FH and i stopped by there with no appt on NYE, yes the morning of NYE and Manny had no problem helping us and showing us cars..

he gave us by far the best deal... i called a bunch of places and he gave me the best price...

cant hurt to see for yourself...
