You should try Camelot Limos instead... they were so nice & helpful. They didn't try to push us to sign a contract at all.

Re: Royalty Limo
We booked with them. I found a coupon online (just searched for Royalty Limo coupons) and brought it with me to our meeting. He gave us a very good deal, and then I showed him the coupon and he discounted it further! Plus, he gave us a free limo either for going to the hotel after the reception or going to the airport for our honeymoon. No worries!

Re: Royalty Limo
We used them for our wedding and I had no complaints. They were great! The cars were what we expected, on time, clean, the drivers were courteous, professional and cute ... we also got a great deal on the limos and a free pick-up in the evening. Manny dropped us off and then my family...he was great!

Re: Royalty Limo
I have a positive review of Royalty, but for entirely different reasons than everyone else has stated.
I was supposed to get married this July. We had booked Royalty in January after going over their antique cars with a fine-toothed comb. Their prices were reasonable.
Two weeks ago, my fiance called off our wedding. When I gathered together all of our contracts to notify the vendors the next Saturday morning, I decided to call Royalty first since they are open 24 hours. I explained the situation, and without even asking, the gentleman from Royalty said that they would send me a full refund of our deposit. I was not expecting this, since their contract seemed to have the most 'cancellation penalties' compared to our other vendors.
In dealing with our other vendors, I have found just how greedy some of them are. Not only are they not giving back any of the deposits, but one is even asking for more money on top of what we had already given him. I am looking into the legality of this, and will post more about that vendor's business practices at a later date.
In any case, I want people to know that there are some good business people in this world, and I feel that Royalty is one of them.

Re: Royalty Limo
Royalty was the BEST! They were early to pick us up and got us to our destinations on time. They even picked us up from the hotel the next morning to take us home in a stretch lexus at no addional cost. We asked to do that rather than them take us to the hotel after the reception and they were more than happy to do so. The drivers were awesome and helped sooo much with organizing everyone before the ceremony started. They lined everyone up, made sure we were all spaced out evenly and even fixed my veil and dress for me before he sent me down the asile! I guess everyone has different experiences.
