Royalty Limo Balloom Launch

Under the LI Diamond Card list of promotions I saw that Royalty Limos does a Balloon Launch which they include in packages when you book 2 or more limos if you are a LI Weddings Bride..

Has anyone who is using Royalty gotten this-- and what is it exactly?
