Royalty Limo booked, What do u think?

We booked 2 limos. The 10 pass lincoln & the 14 pass lincoln for 4 hours. We also got return trip with same limos at the end of the night all for 1375 + grat. This sound like a good deal???

We used Royalty for our wedding and overall they were great however one of the drivers was causing such problems. First he was rushing me out of my house telling me we were going to be late to the church when we had an hour and a half to get there (the church was 15 minutes away from my mom's house). Right before I was ready to walk down the aisle he took which felt like FOREVER to put the aisle runner down. When we were at the Planting Fields taking pictures he was rushing us there too saying we had to leave but we had an hour and a half to take pictures which we worked out into our contract so there was plenty of time...he was rude and VERY annoying. My DH didn't want to tip him so we gave a large tip to our driver and the jerk had the nerve to walk into our reception hall right into our bridal suite and stuck his hand out for his tip....DH gave him a small one being he put a damper on our day. Our entire BP was annoyed as well and said he was complaining the entire time in the car and was also yelling at them.

Unfortunately, my DH and I don't remember his name but he did have white hair and a white beard with glasses (kind of looked like Santa Clause)

DO NOT get this driver he will ruin your entire day! Which is why I gave Royalty Limo's a lower rating compared to the other vendors we used.

My FH was in a wedding this weekend and I think he was the driver (I was waiting in the hotel lobby with him to take pics of the guys before they headed to the church). Luckily, they didn't seem to have a problem with him (that I know of).

SAME GUY WE HAD!! FUNNY YOU SAID HE LOOKS LIKE SANTA CLAUSE...BC WHEN I SAW HIM HE SAID HELLO AND SAID MY NAME IS BOB BUT EVERYONE CALLS ME SANTA!! LOL

HE WAS OK....BUT WAS RUSHING ME OUT OF MY HOUSE AND THEN AFTER THE CHURCH WE HAD 2 HRS AND I SAID I WANTED TO GO TO MY HOTEL FOR PICS THERE THEN TO THE WATERMILL AND HE GOT NASTY AND SAID WE DONT HAVE TIME FOR THAT. AFTER EVERYONE TELLING HIM THATS WHAT WE WANTED HE SAID FINE BUT HE KEPT SAYING ONLY 1 HR THERE BC AFTER THAT WE WILL HIT OVERTIME AND I WILL BE FORCED TO CHARGE YOU 150$ FOR 3 HRS....I KNOW HE WAS FOLLOWING MANNYS RULES BUT HE DEF COULD OF BEEN NICER ABOUT IT!
HE THEM MADE ANOTHER COMMENT...IN FRONT OF THE WRING PERSON.....MY MOM!!!! LOL SHE WENT OFF ON HIM....
