Hi-Anybody have any information on Royalty Limousines??

Since we haven't actually used them yet all I can tell you is they have been pretty good to work with so far but if you want to wait 26 more days i can tell you how it goes ......they worked with us on price too. I would work with Mike the owner.

I used them and so did SonicStef, no problems, on time and great and friendly drivers. I would use them again

Thanks. Any drivers you can recommend? I saw manny and he was nice enough, but was kinda pushy and 'slick' so I got a bit turned off. They had great cars and a decent rep, though, so I don't wanna give up just based on a little pushiness.

My best friend and I booked them for our weddings. We were very satified with their packages and they were very helpful.

I booked them too. Can I ask the brides that have used them- when do you actually confirm or go over everything with Manny in terms of the times and address pcik-ups....

Do you do this right before the wedding?

I will be using Royalty for my wedding. They have a good reputation and I was able to get the best price there. I know what you mean about Manny, but he is actually very nice....he grows on you. Anyway, I've made a note to myself everytime someone on these boards has a good experience with one of their drivers. So far, I have 'Phil' and 'Tom' on my list. Hope that helps.

I book with royalty limos and worked with Mike, the owner. He was so nice and liad back and not pushy at all. From the posts I have read they have a good reputation and a large fleet of limos... a lot to choose from.

I spoke to them on the phone twice today. I got two different prices from two different operators. The first woman was very cordial. The second was rude and extremely arrogant on the phone with me.
This really put me off of using them.
I don't believe everyone is like that in the company, but I was very upset with her lack of customer service and that turned me off from using them. I even told her this on the phone.
I am an event planner by profession and would never recommend their services to my clients. Nevermind my own wedding. It takes one rude phone call to spoil a lot of great business.
However, I have seen other brides very happy with their business. Perhaps you'll have better luck than me.
