I'm arranging 2 buses that will go from Brooklyn to LI (and back) for my guests that either don't have cars, don't want to drive the hour and a half to get to my reception, or for those that want to be able to drink and not have to worry about driving back home.
So here is my question: Where do I put this information? I can't do it word of mouth b/c I have over 250 guests and can't imagine calling all of them...and more importantly I have to know who's taking advantage of the buses b/c I need to know how many buses I need to order.
So can I put this info on the RSVP card?
I have no idea what to do. Please help! Thank you!!!

I would print this up on a seperate card and put them in with the invitations.

We've been thinking about doing some kind of bus as well. Did your stds already go out? Do you have a website up? I'd say put it on your rsvp card, but also shoot an email out to your friends and fam that live in the city so you can get an idea of how many folks are actually going to use it.

I think a separate card that they would return with the RSVP makes more sense. It would keep your RSVP card 'clean'.
It's a very generous idea for your guests.

We had buses from our hotel to reception- luckily I didn't need to know the # but made an approximate guess from who was staying at the hotel. I put the information in with our invitations. I think if you need an exact number it would be fine to put on RSVP card.
