RP: Cake height
Does anyone know how tall each tier of a wedding cake (a stacked cake without the dowels) is or how high a 4-tier cake usually stands?
I ask b/c i met with a baker this weekend and I thought he said each tier is 3' but that sounds small to me. For a 4 tier cake, the cake would only be a foot high? I feel like they're usually taller, right?
