RP: DIY Kissing Ball??

a month before my wedding and i decided to add a flower girl to my wedding!!

this is the dress she will be wearing...



she's only 2 and i will already have leaves on the ground, so i just want to have her hold a kissing ball. does anyone have instructions on how to make one? or is it easier and cheaper to buy a small one? if so...where????

supplies
3' foam ball
hydranea artificial flowers
and 1 1/2'' organza ribbon- gold

i made a hole through the middle of the ball with a scissor, tied the ribbon(pre cut about 20') on a pen to get it through the hole, tie it around your wrist see how long you want it and tie it...the flowers i took all the flower parts off the plant( but do not seperate the petal keep the whole thing together and cut from the green stem) then i pused the stem into the foam ball and shaped it covering the foam and the ribbon around it and wala....

love that dress by the way!

my sister made the one for her FG. it was very easy and inexpensive. she just bought a styrofoam ball and fake flowers with tough metal stems. just make sure that you make the hole in the ball with a skewer (or something like that)before you put the flower in bc sometimes they just bend.
