well when FH proposed he asked 'Promise me forever, will you marry me?' So on his ring I want to have engraved 'I promise you forever 6-30-07'

I'm not sure what he will put in mine

we can't do engraving on his, it's tungsten...and I think my band is too thin...but i am going to check ...

In his I put 'Eternally yours' my name and the date of the wedding. and in mine is just his name and the date. its too small to put anything else in it but he is going to have something put in my E-ring. He wont tell me what though.

my e-ring is engraved with some letters that stand for words that are important to us..

so on the bands, I'm going to have just the date put on mine, and the same letters and date put on his (because its bigger and can fit more!)

Mine will say 'More Than The Ocean'
FH's will say 'More Than The Sky'

We were playing a game on who loves the other one more. And when we were in Florida (the same exact spot he proposed 1.5 years later) that is what we said to each other.

Mine can't be engraved (eternity band) but his might be engraved 'my penguin' lol I'm a huge march of the penguins fan.

i have been absent for a while, but today i logged on and just had to chime in on this one. My FH and I are getting simpe platinum bands, and will most prob get them engraved.

But I did learn an interesting thing from my MOH... she had hers engraved and now she is pregnant and her fingers got swollen and bec. she left no space on the inside of ring to stretch it, she cant wear it anymore! So I will try to leave room on the inside of mine just in case, and pray it will do the trick!
