RP from 07: Alterations

So I'm going for my first fitting on Thursday and I'm having serious reservations about having my alterations done there. Other brides who have worked with them said their alteration prices were ridiculous. So I've got three questions for ya

1- How much should I expect to pay for alterations? Is it broken down or is it an overall fee?

2- If I decide not to work with them, can I just take my dress with me?

3- Can I just bring my dress somewhere else without having ordered the dress from them?

ok maybe 4- where should I bring it for alterations?

Everyone seems to love Phyllis at Bridal Elegance (she is a vendor on here).

I don't know how much she charges for outside alterations because I am getting my dress from her but my alterations cap is amazing!!

Once you pay for your dress it's yours and you can take it wherever you want!
