RP: From 07 Board: Back up Plans

With all the planning going on, has anyone made back- up plans for their plans if something happens?

For instance limo breaks down or gets 'REALLY ' lost. Bridemaid gets sick, your shy one bridesmaid. Spot on their dress? I know some ladies have a coordinator to help with these problems. What about those that dont?

Scary thought!!!
That is why I have my sister as a MoH, she's a problem solver!
I will alos make sure at least 1 person has a cell phone!

You should be asking your vendors about back up plans. I wish I had done that (vendor no-show day of!). When you book your vendors, or are interviewing prospective vendors, ask them what their back up plan is just in case something goes wrong (i.e. Limo breaks down....)

My back up plan is to just go with the flow...

My sister got lipstick on her dress two minutes before she had to walk down the aisle..Yeah, she was upset, but she didn't let it ruin her day. I feel like coming up with contingency plans for everything wuld drive me crazy.

Things will go wrong, but now matter how many back-up plans you have, there are always going to be things you can't or don't plan for...

I agree, on your wedding day you can't stress over the minor details. You have to focus on the big picture!!!!!!!

Very scary thought but i am an anal person and things have to be backed up...So yes I do! LOL For those 'JUST IN CASE' Moments!

OHH for any lipstick stains, that tide 2 go pen ROCKS! I sware by it, have one @ my desk @ work, pocketbooks.........
