RP from 07 - freaking out!

i know it's to early to be doing this... but i am worried i won't make my minimum! i read up on the yes/no post and it seemed as though most brides had 20% or more 'no's'!!! i am only inviting 173, with a lot of 'and guest,' and my minimum is 125 - and no, i don't really have a 'b' list. ack!

do you have an additional list....you can always send out another round of invites...if you get a lot of No's.

I know that i wont get alot of NO's but as backup I have people that I will invite if I need to meet the minimum. My 'B' list.

ETA: Ok just re-read your post., can you possibly create a B list., add people at work., neighbors, your mom's friends...

I worried about the same thing throughout my entire time wedding planning. We invited about 150 ppl and only 100 came, which just happened to be our minimum. We ended up having to pay full price for a few kids.

There are a few things you can do:
Add more people to your guest list so you're more likely to meet your min.
Negotiate with your RH and try to get some extras thrown in.

You should be fine tho, your numbers seem good, I wouldn't worry about getting 125 people to come out of 173. I know it's hard, but try not to stress over it!!
