RP from 08' Board HELP Please With Chat Title

Does anyone know how to put the little heart in their Chat Title Under their Avatar? i.e.

I (Heart) Rick James.

Oh Yeah just curious how did you guys do the marquee thing? When I put in html code for heart image there was not enough room.
