How soon before the wedding did you/will you go to discuss your menu and day-of issues??

I'm trying to remember when, but we met with George a couple of weeks before the wedding to finalize the menu, go over any issues or special needs we may have, he gave us the seating layout for us to plan the chart and then let us know what we needed to do the week of the wedding.
I'm going to say it was some time in September.
Everyone at NRC is great to work with. I have to say that my wedding day ran so smoothly.
