RP from 08 - Travel Tom Question

I am going to post this on the BRB site as well but I feel as tho sometimes you can get more responses on this board

I have heard a lot of people rave about Travel Tom. One girl recently posted that he works with Amex. My question is: Does he have an office that you can go and sit down with him to discuss HM options???? FH and I usually always go through Amex for all of our travelling but I really wanted to be able to sit with a Travel Agent face to face since we are not 100% certain about where we are gonna go.
When I saw that he works with Amex I got really excited and I told FH and he wanted me to find out if there is an office somewhere or if it is all taken care of over the phone.

No you cannot sit with him. He is in another state. But he can do conference calls with you. He really gets into your likes and dislikes, hobbies etc and then makes recommendations that's if you don't know where you are going. He is great!!!

It doesn't hurt to just call and talk to him. Be by a computer. He had me pull things up while I was on the phone with him so he could get feedback immedaitely from me on my likes and dislikes.
