RP from 09... Giorgios CH question

So this is probably premature, but I'm getting all these ideas! Booked last Saturday, so excited.

1. Do they allow you to bring in an outside piano player for CH, or do you have to use 'theirs'? (My old piano teacher would probably do it for much cheaper)

2. I wanted to make little votives with fall leaves on them that I saw in a magazine, for the tables for CH. I don't really like the little lamps they had on them, probably the only thing I didn't like about the place lol. I will probably have 150-175 ppl. Does anyone know how many tables there would be in the cocktail room, so I know about how many I would have to make?

1. Yes you can bring in any outside musician (for piano as well)

2. There will prob be about 25-30 small tables

thanks so much! I've called them twice already with questions I forgot to ask, I don't want to be annoying, this early on anyway hehe. I didn't want to ask my old piano teacher and then have them say she couldn't.
