Chocolate with chocolate ganache sounds good but rreally chocolatey so some may not like.....vanilla with hazelnut sounds good, but chocolate with hazelnut would be better! (I know that's not one of your choices, but just imagine it! ) I love cannoli filling also, but I'm not sure if it goes with marble....maybe vanilla cake?
I personally hate fruit fillings, but I know may ppl like them hehe....keep your fruit out of my cake!
