RP from BHB:: Any Brides not into flowers?

Okay, I'm pretty discouraged as I'm searching and searching through magazines and the internet for CPs and bouquets and I'm just not loving anything I see. Everything looks the same to me! Are there any florists that don't do the norm, and perhaps try to translate what I'm looking for? I mean, I want flowers but I don't want something that screams flowers, if that makes any sense. I know this is a long shot, I don't even understand what I'm looking for.

I guess I'm just very frustrated with all this and needed to vent...

I couldnt be more on the same page as you. As far as Im concerned, i could skip the whole flowers thing. WASTE

I LIKE flowers, but am not really into them. I felt the same way you did, looked at pics and was like yeah this and that is pretty but had no clue what I wanted. I have to say that when I went to the florist, he totally had the vision that I did not. So I am confident my flowers will look really pretty, even though I can't even remember what they all are!!

i'm not at all into flowers.. don't get me wrong, i looooooove my gardens and i take pride in them, but for the wedding, i just feel like they are a waste of money. Especially in the summer when they wilt and die instantly! I want something totally different for the CP's and I have no idea what to do.. I'm still searching....good luck!
