I was up until 12:30 lat night trying to address my invites. I imported my list into Excel and then did a mail merge. But everytime I printed, it would say paper mismatch. I had to put Custom Envelope size in setup b/c they didn't have my envelope size (5.5x9). Even still, it wasn't coming out the way it was supposed to. I was so frustrated, if anyone can offer any advice-I would really appreciate it. Thanks ladies.

Re: (RP from BHB)- HELP!! Ready to give up!!
Don't give up. I was having the same problem. I ended up buying clear address labels for the outer envelopes and I am hand writting the inner envelope.

Honestly, I found it was easier to copy and past into word, but if that's not an option, I took one envelope and kept playing with where it landed when I printed, changing the spot each time, everytime I used the same envelope but a different color font so I could see where it landed to know if it was right, then I didn't waste 30 envelopes.. HTH good luck, I know it can be so fustrating!

sorry, no help here. I made clear address labels also for the RSVP (w/our address) and for the outer envelope. No way was I going to stress that much about something that was going in the trash!

Ditto - buying clear labels is your easiest and cheapest way to go. They will also look nice too.

I cut paper into the exact size of the envelopes and then played with word until I got the right location. I did one envelope at a time.

I did that, but in the mail merge. I guess I'm going to have to go the long route.
