RP from BHB- Nicole at RK

I have been to RK before and was very satisfied when I worked with Emily. When I went there today, there was one girl ahead of me and no one after me. I picked out about 10 dresses because I could not decide. When my name was called, Nicole told me that I could only bring in 5 dresses, even though it is posted that you can try on 7. She also told me there were no exceptions and I would not be able to try on more even though no one was there waiting. She told me to undress and then when I put the first dress on she zipped it and then walked away. I walked out and showed my mother and Nicole came back and led me back into the room to try on the other dresses. I asked her many questions about the material and alterations and she never answered, just took on and off the dresses. The whole process took about 15 minutes. My mother suggested that we sign up again so I can try on the rest of the dresses, even though I was the only one there!!!!! Needless to say I was completely annoyed and dissatisfied with the service. This is not everyone at RK and have never had or heard of an experience like this before.

i had a REALLY bad experience there. i don't remember with who it was with, but they pulled something similar w me, i had waited for over an hour and after picking out 7 was told i could only try on 3!! i was told the reason was b/c i was an '08 bride!! haha...do you believe that?!

i already ordered my dress, but even if i were still looking, i would NEVER go back there.

I am going to call tomorrow. I was so worked up, I didn't want to wind up going off on the manager. I know they have a policy on the amount of dresses, but the woman was beyond rude. Last time I was there, it was busy and Emily let me try on 12 dresses. She even went out to find dresses that she knew would fit me well and ones I hadn't thought to try on.

You should take my parents shopping they end up cursing out everybody...my mom is such a quiet relaxed, low-key person but for whatever reason she always end up getting into huge arguements and cursing everyone out lol...but no seriously if you do plan on going back and have to deal with her again say uhmmm can i have someone else help me.

Im actually going there on wednesday one of my bm's is in another bp this month and has to pick up her bm dress, so i want to see their selection for my girls.

They have so many BM dresses but the place is so hard to pick through. Plus all the BM samples are out so they look a mess. They do have everything though so if you find the dresses somewhere else, they are supposed to give you a lower price by 15%.

well one of my bm's had a great experience there getting a bm dress for another wedding...but yeah ill also might go on friday with my MOH looking at dresses since we both have off...i guess we'll see what we personally think of it, more importantly for then not me since they have to deal with it more so whatever they decide. If i get even a little bit of an attitude from anyone there im gonna go off, me and my MOH have no problem doing this, we like to go off once in a while lol. But thanks for the review, great to know

I had a bad experience there as well. I walked in and asked about being measured, because I had no clue as to what size I was. The guy behind the counter told me to 'just pick out anything, dont worry about the size just pick the styles you like and they will help you find what you want.' So thats what me and my friend did. After waiting an hour and a half to try on the dresses I get into the dressing room and the lady tells me I have the wrong tag colors (sizes) I tell the lady what the man told me and she laughed and said 'He's a jerk! He tells everyone that and thats not how it works.' So after all that time I only got to try on ONE dress. She told me to come back the next day, which I did, and got much better service...

why would you have to come back the next day though, that is so rude...you already spent an hour and a half there, i mean not everyone can come back the next day...hmmmm i guess ill see how things go when my friend picks up her dress, seriously this waiting on line for so long and not really getting help and people being rude thing doesn't sound that great to me lol...i get real moody and cranky while shopping, and to get treated poorly, i think i would just throw the dresses at the people, tell them to go F*** themselves and walk out. We deal with enough stress no need for their BS

The guy behind the counter was the jerk. The girl who helped me (I forgot her name) was a total sweet heart. I went on a Sunday (big mistake!) She told me that it was less crowded on Monday, so she told me that if I came back I would get individual attention. It was way too crowded on Sunday, Monday it was empty. I'm still not sure I would go back there, but I wouldnt rule it out.
