Anyone know of a photography student, anyone trying to break into the photography industry, or a semi-new freelance photographer? I'm looking for a photographer for my e-party and would like to give someone the opportunity to add to their portfolio and would also like to spend nothing to very little haha. If anyone has any info, either list it here or fm me.

pam, my freelance photographer that i hired for my e-party just called me and said my CD is ready for pickup!! ill let you know how they are. i hired her from craigslist. and she was totally affordable!

I know of someone who contacted a local college. I know Stony Brook has a photography department. You can always contact them. GL.

Have you tried going to local small camera stores and ask the employees that work there. My dentist, who is also my moms friend, did this three years ago for her wedding, she went to the camera store on Route 110 and spoke to some of the employees and one of them is a freelance photographer. And thats who she hired to do her wedding photography
