I called my hall at the 7 week mark, but they said they would have notified me about 6 weeks from the wedding. Sure enough...I got something in the mail a couple of days later.
Give 'em a call!

Maureen told me they do it like 10-15 days prior - I would call anyway - HOW EXCITING!!!
