Can someone please tell me where can I find fabric or banding with a crystal design or another nice design to sew on this plain dress that I have. I want to dress it up a bit. Pl help TIA!!!

not sure what the dress looks like, but maybe adding a fabulous belt and shoes would do the trick? HTH
