RP: Need help with limo/shuttle!

I need some help, ladies!

I have a bunch of relatives who live in Queens who can’t drive. I guess there’s around 20 or so of them and usually my dad drives them to family events at our house, but obviously that isn’t the plan for the wedding. We’ve been looking around for shuttles or something but the prices are crazy expensive, mainly because the majority of what we’re seeing are party buses.

Now, the average age of these guests is like 60 and I know for a fact that they would be more freaked out by a disco in the car than anything else, lol. Is there any alternative to this? Also, I saw someone post about Syosset Limo a while ago, saying that they offered a shuttle service where you only pay them for the trip to the RH and the trip back, not all the hours in between. Something like that would be awesome; do a lot of companies do that?

Try a local cab service - some of them have 14 passenger vans that can be used for shuttle. You may need to get two vans to hold all your guests.

We are using Islandwide Taxi and Transportaion based in Huntington for our shuttle needs. MUCH cheaper than hiring a bus.

Try Ollie's (Olly's?) taxi. I think from the hotel to the reception hall they quoted us a price of $94 for a 14 passenger van.
