Does he do it privately as well or just through the gym?

don't know - sorry

if I had to take a stab at it, i'd say only through the gym. He's subbing for a local HS - trying to get a teaching job. the gym is job #2.

Ballys is having a special now though - no contract, pay as you go $19/month.

i wish it wasn't so far from me.

FH's bro used to be a trainer at equinox until he became a police officer last month....he won the 'top jock' award if that helps. i can't be sure if he has the time, but i can ask if interested. he is forever helping people figure out what to do.

I would be interested, too. I work out at the gym in my Town House community, and I blindly go in with NO idea what to do. If I can find a REALLY good price for a trainer that would come to this gym, that would be ideal. But at the very least, I'd love some advice on what programs I should do.

thanks!
