Ok i have posted about ordering my book before but I have to rave about their customr service because, I made a mistake on my original book. The words were cut off and I was going to let it go but tdecided just to ask if it could be cancelled. They said no, but because it was a wedding album, my CS rep wanted me to be happy so she cancelled the order and allowed me to fix it and resubmit it at no extra cost to me-didn't even charge me for the extra page I added.
They were quick, polite and EXCEPTIONAL with answering every question in a timely manner and reassuring me things would be handled. And the quality of the book for those who are curious, is better than MYPUBLISHER in terms of the binding. The pages are of the same quality though I noticed my full bleed pages didnt get distorted they way they did in MP and my cover is GORGEOUS! Photographs wont do it justice but its padded leather with the diecut...I love it. Looks so professional.
Yes it was more expensive than MyPublisher but not really because I had a 50% off coupon and the exceptional service and cool features like the free backgrounds, really made it worth the extra 5 bucks or so it turned out to be after my discounts. And they didn't even make me send the old album back so no shipping costs on my end to mail it to them.
Definetly consider them if you want to DIY your album or give someone a nice gift.
