We currently, out of 140 invited, have 60 who are going (and people keep dropping) and 27 we havent heard from.
We have a 100 minimum......
I really want to cry right now.

I am sorry you are dealing with this!
I invited close to 400 people and and still waiting to hear from about 20 people also and still haven't met our minimum of 250. Surprisingly a lot of people are saying no.
If anything you are going to have to pay your minimum guarantee and just ask them to throw in a bunch of extra's with the extra money since they dont have to put it towards dinner. Also, make sure you count your vendors in there - that would give you a few extra people.

Maybe you should call some people and if you don't have a B list, start thinking about who else you can invite. Sorry you have to go through this and good luck!

im sorry that ure under ur minimum. its time to start brain storming! invite coworkers that u weren't going to before, ur parents friends, etc. whoever u can think of and if ure willing to maybe LIW brides too....
