Is it bad to fill in the name on the RSVP card for the person you're sending it to? My sister did that on hers, and I was planning to do that on mine. I am reading some posts about how guests don't put in their own names and so the cards are secretly numbered.
Is it tacky to write their names and '+ Guest' on the RSVP cards?

I've never seen an RSVP card with the names filled in already.
We just used the invisible pen on the back.

I'm going to DIY, and I was thinking of personalizing each response card. However, I'm afraid that I will stuff the wrong one.................. and I'm worried that it will get WAY too involved to do that....
I definitely want to at least put something on there about how many seats have been reserved in 'your name'

i agree...
and i was also doing the invisible pen on the back for the first few, then it dawned on me........ ITS INVISIBLE! so i did em on the front, lollll

some people do personalized RSVP's, where they have the guest name on the card already.
i considered doing that but in the end decided against it.
