How far in advance did everyone put there rsvp date? I am getting married 4/26/08....is April 1 ok?

i think it is usually 4 weeks before the wedding.

I would think that you should be fine, but don't make it later than that

I agree with what everyone else said. Ours was 4 weeks prior to the wedding date.

We are getting married May 4 and we put April 1 for our RSVP date....HTH!!!

Our RSVP date is November 26th for our December 29th wedding

We did 5 weeks before, so anywhere between 4-5 weeks I think is fine.

I have heard 4-6 weeks prior

i thought 6 weeks was too much but soem liw girls reassured me it was good

my family doesnt like to send the cards back...too difficult i guess
