I was soo fustrated my FH invited alot of friends who all talked about the wedding then the RSVP date came and some of them didnt respond then he asked them adn they gave such Bull Sh*T stories why they could not make it after he asked them for 3 days straight saying I dont care if you are coming or not I just need to know they were soo F*cking rude I told him I will never go to another party for them.

I totally agree. Don't wait until the last minute to tell me you're not coming and honestly you're doing me a favor. lol I'm dreading inviting those to the actualy wedding. ugh.

i know...i have heard that people lose friends over weddings and I believe it. When I think about how I made an effort to go to peoples weddings whether it was driving alone for 6 hours back and forth or going out of state two weekends in a row for a back to back shower and bachelorette party and it's not recipricated when it's my turn, it's very upsetting.

I would not worry about it. Its better to not have people there that dont really want to be there

I completely agree. You think people would say something else other than No! I am sure I'm going to be disappointed in people with RSVPs soon enough.

I haven't dealt with the wedding RSVP situation but my engagement party was a mini wedding (111 people). I had to beg some people for the RSVP cards back. I refused to take a oral RSVP, I did send you an invitation, with a RSVP card and stamp on the envelope to send it back to me.

I literally had to wait until the day of and after to get certain RSVP's back and the funny part is, the people who were so late responding said NO, I have a 'prior engagement.' REALLY??? And you just found out NOW? Give me a break. Wait until it's their time. MoHahahahahahahhaa.

We were the same way with the RSVP's I didnt want oral RSVP's so my husband helped harass people by telling them 'you need to send the RSVP, dont waste my stamp!' LOL

On my RSVP deadline, I was missing 51!! (On friday), now its in the tewnties.

Getting no response at all has been wayyy more frustrating for me than getting 'no's' without a note. I'm just happy to get a response lol
