Well today makes it a week that we sent out the invitations. FH's parents were the first to get them and everyone is raving how much they love them.. which is great.. I love that.
We got about 10 RSVP's back already which I think is awesome- FH and I are like little kids opening them together.
Why is it though people have the nerve to start asking if they can bring other people? Especially those asking to bring their kids when we specifically said that there will be no kids at the enitre wedding except for FH's niece who will be our FG?
Why do people gotta be so dumb...

I'm just glad FH and I are on the same page- say 'no' to everyone that wants to bring a date or w/e.. the only exception (because it was my fault) is one of my best friends and her long time BF. I accidentally left his name off the inviation...(I'm such a dork). His cousin just called and wants to bring his new GF- I had said no and so did FH- then his cousin's mom gets involved and is hoping when we meet the girl at a family get together in two weeks that we'll somehow miraculously change our minds... also FH's best friend's wife wants to bring her two sons (under the age of 18) to the wedding so they can eat as well.. pfft on that one I can't understand people when they tell you that they understand why I am asking that there be no kids there- I just hope that it sticks to his side of the family..

Unfortunatley so - I am just happy that FH isn't running around saying 'yes, sure, no problem' to everyone that asks and sticking to our game plan... also I'm glad it's from his side of the family not mine so he has to deal with them (another agreement we made..lol)

I love that one!
Another good thing is that both sides (my aunt and his parents are pretty much saying 'its your wedding do what you want to' so we're happy they're not butting in.

Re: RSVP Update & RSVP Vent
Its so annoying. People try to push you in a corner by asking that. Unfortunately, I think it happens to everyone. The RSVPs were the most aggravating process in all of the wedding planning for me.

Re: RSVP Update & RSVP Vent
OH boy.....People are morons.. My RSVP date was yesterday and we are still waiting on like 60 more.. Ive had people say 'well can my wife come because my daughter is coming as my date and I dont want to leave my wife home' I am not kidding he said that. and my gram said 'oh yeah she wont care' well I CARE Then I got 'we cant get a babysitter' (yeah like you tried) SO annoying.....so how long do I wait to call the no responses? How about I call at 130 am and then go on to talk about all of my wedding plans...that would be fun
