You might want to add in

I really like the way this was worded...we had

__ guests attending
__ declines with regret

I can't tell you how many people were confused by guests attending....I got names on top with accepts with pleasure checked and then zero with guests attending....

Thanks! So far, this has been super helpful as far as tracking numbers (and letting some of my weird family member know that they can't bring a guest or a kid..lol)
