I would give them an extra week, if you can. People just forget sometimes, and it might save you some phone calls.

I'm totally in the same boat- my response date is tomorrow.
171 invited 102 yes 25 no 44 not yet responded!!!
I'm giving them a week, that's it. FH and I jokingly said to each other that if we don't get a response card from someone by our date, they are automatically in the 'no' column.
ETA: I still don't know which responses came in the mail today as I'm at my mom's on LI and FH isn't home yet to tell me. So it could change!
