RSVPs

We sent them out on the 5th of aug with due date on Sept 1st. Well, out of the 105 people we invited, we received 18 yes and 32 No.. I'M SO STRESSED OUT.. What if i only get 30 people???
OH GIRLS I FEEL LIKE CRYING RIGHT NOW.
I don't mind if I get 50 but 30 or less.......

email, text and start calling people. that is the only way you will get answers. dont drive urself insane thinking whos coming and whos not. if after u email, text or call and still nothing then just count them as not coming. hope this helps

Don't cry. No matter how many people are or are not there you are going to have an amazing wedding. The only thing that matters is that you and FH are surrounded by people that love you . I understand its very upsetting when someone says No that you expect to say Yes.. but what can ya do? Don't stress yourself out over it and dont get upset. Everything will work out and be worth it.

Do you have to meet a minimum #?

I would not get upset over it even though I completely understand where you are coming from and I was afraid of the same thing having only invited 114 but you will be surrounded by those that love you and you might get more yes's than you think. Do you have a b list just in case?

My min # is 50, but my room will be soooo empty with only 30 people.. I have a feeling that's all we're going to have.... Oh well, I guess I will be doing a raffle on LIW..... Free food and drinks anyone???

If you have any other ppl that you want to invite I would consider them...coworkers, old friends, etc...and you know we are here to support

No worries, they'll come in. People still have time.

I invited 109 and I have about 80 yes and 13 No. My deadline is this weekend - there will always be those few people you have to hunt down.

We just finished up with the RSVPs and the no's definitely came in first, I was nervous, but our number went way up in the end.

dont worry yes people wait until the last minute, if any do you have people that can bring a date or a maybe let the people that said yes bring the kids

I truly know the feeling we invited 180 and we are having like 98 at the wedding that is exactly 50% no rate... lol and the best part is all the No's were my 'friends' and family.

I'm having 4 people from my family and 10 friends... the rest are strangers to me.

But at the same time if they dont want to be there - then why would you want them there?

(somebody said that to me and it was the best words of condolence I've heard - and I've complained and cried about this A LOT!)

So I hope it all works out for you - and you will know that the people who are there - do want to be there and it will be a fun time in a room full of love!!!!!!!!!

Thank you ladies. I don't mind having 50 people, i'm just concern with only making 30 or less. I don't want the room to be empty. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and hopefully I start getting some yes back. If not, I will meeting some new LIW girls and their hubby's at my reception!!!

It will be like TWOTY for me!!!!
