my RSVP date was 10 days ago.. still missing 6 RSVPs (aka 12 people)... even though people were called, emailed, spoken to. Lovely how rude some people are.

Same happened to me! Got two final couples just last weekend - two weeks before my wedding!!
People who didn't respond at all - and there were a few - they got a 'NO'.
