I just sent out my inviataions 3 days ago & we already got 7 responses! All yes It's good but a little scary, we invited 238 but are hoping to have only 200 because the room would be tight with more. We'll see what happens.

Awesome. You shoud be fine. 20% are usually NO's. The NO's always wait to the last minute to respond too.
At least this is what happened for our e-party.

We found that a lot more of our 'Yes' responses came right away and a majority of the 'No' responses came back around 2 weeks before the end of the RSVP date. Good Luck. You should be within your ideal number. We invited 203. We ended up with 165.

I work at a catering hall and we always tell people only gauruntee your high number minus the 20% because we see it all the time.
