Separate the YES and NOs. I have an excel spreadsheet that has a column for the two but did you separate the actual response cards

I was planning to separate the response cards themselves, but we had a bunch of people RSVP by e-mail who never even bothered to send back their PRE-STAMPED cards...

i had a small box that i kept all of the rsvp's in. i separated the 'no's' by putting them in a rubberband in the back of the other responses. if you can get a small box or even a shoebox, just to keep yourself organized so they aren't all over the place!

My rsvp cards came ina small box with a lid, so I separated that & have that as a yes box & no box. And they are labelled.
I also wrote the total # attending next to each name on my list, so it is easy to count. We haven't put it in the spreadsheet yet, but we only have 1 rsvp so far!

Me too.. Plus on word i have 2 colums and i keep track there with a number count (the number of invites returned y/n and the number of people attending y/n)
