rsvps taking so long

I am missing about 50 responses and my RSVP date is September 1st. Oh and get this one FH sister send back her RSVP yes with a party of 3 also. We only invited her we do not even know who the other three would be.

Why don't people know at least basic common sense? That's so rude that people aren't responding but it's unacceptable that your FH's sister RSVP-ed with more people than were invited. I think you should call her right away and find out what's up.

Seriously, call these people or have your family call them! Also, when you call, instruct them to return the RSVP card.

For my sister's wedding, my Mom received some verbal responses and the people never showed up.

Poor Mom had to pay extra for all those dumb people. If they can't get a postage paid envelope in the mail, they'll never pull it together to show up at your wedding.

that ***** girl...i got the same thing from my cousin...the 3 were invited but some how they invited an extra...rude!!! i dont know why people cant rsvp on time..they have a free stamp!!!

I feel like I'm in the same boat...we're missing 70 RSVP's with a return date by Sept. 7. The best is when family members email my dad and tell him they can't make it. Why can't they mail the RSVP card and mark not attending? Do they think I put a stamp on those envelopes for my health?!
