I got an rsvp with no check if they were coming or not..but they forgot to check it off. Yesterday I got 2 back, one was a no another was a yes! I counted up and there is like 30 still out there with a deadline of this Friday! Come on people..get with the program!!!

I am NEVER send out an invite with a reply card again.
We sent out 27 invites and have received back 11 reply cards and my RSVP date is in 3 days.
As of right now we only have 15 people coming to our wedding...
OK so I know that is not true because we haven't received a reply card from both of our parents and we know they are coming. I think alot of people are thinking 'i told them i was coming so i dont need to send this stupid little card that they put so much time and enegry into back to them even though it is already stamped and addressed!!'
Next time I get married I am sending out E-Vites

not that this will help most... but for those of you who have not sent out the invites yet.... on the back of the reply card in pencil place a number. Then in your wedding spreadsheet link the number to a name/address this way when there is nothing on it you know who exactly it came from.
I did this and I had my friends help me....and somehow my whole system went out of order. One of my friends got ahead of herself and farcked the whole thing up....so just make sure that that doesn't happen to you!

I like getting 'No' Responses with checks.... I paid off 2 of my vendors with that money!

I got 5 in the mail yesterday!!! All NO'S but 1!!!! That is total BS!!! Why do people wait so long!!!! One of them happens to be a friend FH works with..he was annoyed he was not coming!!! I said ' I am gonna start calling now!!' all of a sudden my cell rings and it's my friend telling me he is coming!!!..LOL
3 days people! Right now FH and I are at about 120!!! We need 135 for the big room!!!!

I think we have about 50% back with the rsvp 7 days away, including the people we took verbals from. We have not even hit our min yet of 75 with the 170 people we invited, we got so many no's and still waiting for many. We may fall under that small min.

I feel the same way... I printed the envelope and put a stamp on it so all you have to do it check it off and send it back.... WHY IS THIS SO COMPLICATED!!!!!!

I have 2 days left and 76 RSVP's still out.... I am pissy also!!! I really hate to have to call people... and say are you coming??? I need to have a headcount... It's like DUH!!! I put a stamp on it mark Yes or No just like the notes you passed in 2nd grade... and Drop it in the mail...

Oh, how I wish I had your dilemna! I had only 5 no's in total. The people that I wasn't expecting to come RSVP'd yes. I end up paying for 34 additional people over my 185 minimum. Thankfully, I booked the largest room and was able to accommodate all of my guests.

this is the one thing i am not looking forward too..lol. My invites are going out soon..and i just know there are gonna be some people who are gonna give me a problem... RSVPs and the seating chart are 2 things i wish i could hire someone else to deal with right now..lol
