Rude and nosy co workers.....

I have been at my job for 12 years and there is a book keeper at work that is so annoying, she always tries to cause trouble for me and has been since day 1. One time I got a raise and she told my boss that a co worker left becase I got a raise and she did not. I did not mention it to anyone. Then today it was 5 minutes before I was going to leave and she reminded me I still had 5 minutes. I am so angry, and I do nothing becuase I do not want to allinate her. I am welll liked in the office and the manager. If I try to talk to her, she would be like what are u talking about?! She is 80 yrs old, and hope that I do not have to invite her to my wedding, I do not want her present or her presensce there. I have no choice because my office is so small, I am inviting all of them ,and do not want anyone to feel left out. YIKES!!! You just got to 'love' people like that!!!!

You DO NOT HAVE TO invite anyone you don't want to!!!!!!!

I have rude and nosy co workers too----I have been there 3 years and my boss is a big fat jerk....I do not think he spoke more than 2 paragraphs to me since I started...but then there is the newest girl who hao been there 3 months...is the worst..nosy, rude, abnoxious, always talking about the work she does...bla bla bla...uuugh..I work in a very small office too, and i am only inviting maybe 4 people....the ones I do not invite will probably not take any offense since the feeling is mutual

Try to shrug your shoulders to her! After all, she's 80. What is she working for? She should be retired and enjoying the rest of what life has for her.

I've got too many co-worker issues/situations, I could write a book. Yes, questioning who to invite or not too & Mom saying you have to do the right thing.... ummm... it's my wedding- inviting who I want there is the right thing, if you ask me!

People are mostly rude & nosy b/c they're jealous! Keep that in mind
