So the dressmaker and owner who called me fat are finishing my dress on wednesday ( i had them make it early in case there were any problems) They want me to take it home and not come back (in fact the owner told the dressmaker my wedding is sunday so she would finish it) But now im concerned -- is it really bad for me to be holding onto the dress for three months-- should i take it back to the evil woman for a steam and a final fitting the week of the wedding or just go somewhrere else-- What do you think?

I would go somewhere else. Don't give this woman a chance to make you feel bad again the week before your wedding.... JMO

I would take it someplace else. Those women aren't fit to share the same air with you!!!

Definitely take it someplace else. You need to feel comfortable with your seamstress so that you can address any concerns with the dress. I would definitely have a fitting sometime in August or very late July, to make sure that you've stayed the same size. Weight loss, gain, or even muscle gain can change how the dress fits dramatically.

definitely go elsewhere. we went yesterday unannounced to a place we saw while driving by and she didn't even huff & puff about that...much less bother to insult me!
