JUST CALLED 3 LIMO COMPANIES TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS....2 OF THE 3 WERE SO PLEASANT...THE LAST ONE WAS ROYALTY AND THE GUY WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS SO ABRUPT!!!...HE SOUNDED SOOO UNINTERESTED, LIKE HE COULDN'T BE BOTHERED WITH DEALING WITH ME!!!
HAVE ANY OF YOU LADIES HAD ANY DEALINGS WITH THEM?...ARE THEY LIKE THIS TO EVERYONE?......AND THIS WAS ONLY TO SET UP THE APPOINTMENT!!!...HOPE THEY DON'T GIVE OFF THAT VIBE IN PERSON TOO!....TOTAL TURNOFF ALREADY!

Same thing happened to me too with them. I think his name was Eric, not sure. I said just for the attitude I got I would never use them even though the prices were ok!

I had the same experience with Royalty. I decided to not make an appointment because if they couldn't be bothered with me on the phone there was no way I es going to give them my money.

i shocks me how rude people can be in their line of work. these kinds of people should not be in a line of work that involves talking to people.
if they are this bad on the phone with just an appointment i wouldnt trust them for the day of. god forbid something go wrong, dont see them being very helpful or nice either

All I had to do was read the subject line and I knew who you were talking about. Fh and I went there to look at limos and the guy was so rude and nasty. He would not show us any limos because we were not sure exactly how many people we were having in the bridal party. He was rushing us out of there because he was focused on another couple. I would never give my business to them and tell everyone not to book with them. I have also heard that they switch the cars on you the day of. My advice would be to not even go to the appointment unless you want to drive all the way there to be treated like garbage. I would call Joe at Camelot and go see him. He is very nice and will treat you like you should be treated. Sorry to anyone who has already booked with them and ranting but I strongly dislike that company.

I actually have an appt next week with them that I wanted to postpone but now I may cancel. I met a guy from there at the PWP tea party and I got '300 off' if i made an appt then. I was going to postpone since I'm so not up to limos but now I've read quite a few negative threads--losing interest fast.

i heard the same thing! I went to see them last week and I didnt have a problem and the prices were good...but in the end i fell in love with a car at camelot so i booked there

Wow what sucks is back when I had my first wedding they were disgustingly rude when we went into the showroom. A guy came out and greeted us, led us into the back and said to my fiance 'hey, youre a big guy, grab a stack of chairs and follow me' and had my fiance carrying stacks of chairs around??? I was soooo mad. Sad to see they are still the same.

i had the same experience with them, they were sooo rude on the phone but because they were the house vendor for my venue i decided to give them a chance. The guy was so rude on the phone, when we met them in person it was way worse!!! They were so nasty and rude and couldnt be bothered with us, I got so mad i went directly to the sand castle afterwards to complain to them how rude Royalty was and that I would NOT be using them! they apologized for a half an hour and we ended up booking with Joe from Camelot! he is a wonderful guy and very accomodating!

Really sad that you girls have had a bad experience with them - I spoke with both Maria and one of the guys on the phone - not sure his name - but he was very friendly as was she, and they treated me very well and were more than accomodating - and also beat Joe from Camelot by over $1,000 - so just my experience but do not let other girls experiences influence your own. Check them out and if you still feel that way than you have to go with who you like to work with better but definitely is worth 20 minutes to go get some prices and tour all the different cars. Both of my cousins used Royalty as well and the drivers were so sweet the day of (I was a bridesmaid in both weddings).
